Registration Methods

Discovery Features

Create a New Playlist

1. 1. Go to "My Playlists" in the sidebar
2. 2. Click "Create New Playlist"
3. 3. Enter a name and description for your playlist
4. 4. Choose privacy settings (Public or Private)
5. 5. Add cover art (optional)
6. 6. Click "Create" to save

Add Songs to Playlist

1. 1. While browsing, click the three-dot menu on any track
2. 2. Select "Add to Playlist"
3. 3. Choose the playlist from the dropdown
4. 4. The track is instantly added

Request Artist Status

1. 1. Click on your Avatar and select “Become an Artist”
2. 2. Fill out the artist application form with your details.
3. 3. Provide links to your existing music or social profiles (optional)
4. 5. Submit your request for review
5. 6. Wait for admin approval (usually 24-48 hours)
6. 7. Once approved, you'll get access to artist features

Upload Single Track

1. 1. Click on the Action Menu and select Upload
2. 2. Select "Upload Single Song"
3. 3. Upload your audio file (MP3, WAV, FLAC supported)
4. 4. Add cover artwork (recommended: 1400x1400px)
5. 5. Fill in track details:
• Song title
• Artist name
• Genre/category
• Description/lyrics
• Tags (for discoverability)
6. 6. Set pricing (Free or Paid)
7. 7. Choose availability (Public or Private)
8. 8. Click "Upload" to publish

Upload Album

1. 1. Select "Upload Album" from the upload menu
2. 2. Enter album details (title, artist, year, description)
3. 3. Upload album cover art
4. 4. Add multiple tracks (drag and drop or select files)
5. 5. Set track order and individual track details
6. 6. Set album pricing (free or paid as a bundle)
7. 7. Publish the complete album

Pricing Your Music

• • Paid: Set your own price in BST tokens or fiat
• • Commission: BlockStar takes a transparent commission on sales
• • Payouts: Withdraw earnings anytime to your wallet

Browse the Store

Discover digital products, merchandise, and exclusive content from your favorite artists.

• • Click “Browse” under the Store section of the navigation menu to view products
• • Filter by category, price, or artist
• • Click on products for details and reviews
• • Purchase using wallet balance or payment methods
• • Download digital products from your library

Sell Your Products (Artists)

1. 1. Go to Dashboard → Store Management
2. 2. Click "Create New Product"
3. 3. Add product details, images, and pricing
4. 4. Upload digital files (if applicable)
5. 5. Publish to make available in the store
6. 6. Track orders and earnings in analytics

Discover Events

• • Browse upcoming concerts and events on the Events page
• • Filter by date, location, or artist
• • View event details including lineup, venue, and pricing
• • Purchase tickets using BST tokens or wallet balance
• • Access tickets from "My Tickets" section

Create Events (Artists)

1. 1. Go to Dashboard → Events → Create Event
2. 2. Enter event name, description, and date/time
3. 3. Upload event banner image
4. 4. Set ticket pricing and availability
5. 5. Publish event to the platform
6. 6. Track ticket sales and attendees in analytics

Music Won't Play

• • Check your internet connection
• • Clear browser cache and cookies

• • Ensure audio isn't muted

Upload Failed

• • Check file size against your upload limit
• • Ensure file format is supported (MP3, WAV, FLAC)
• • Verify stable internet connection
• • Try uploading one file at a time
• • Contact support if issue persists

Tokens Not Received

• • Tokens may take a few minutes to appear
• • Check transaction history in wallet
• • Ensure you were logged in while listening
• • Verify track played completely
• • Contact support with transaction details

Withdrawal Issues

• • Double-check your wallet address
• • Ensure you meet minimum withdrawal amount
• • Verify sufficient balance for network fees
• • Wait for blockchain confirmation (10-30 min)

Is BlockStar Digital really free?

How do I earn BST tokens?

Simply listen to music while logged in! Tokens are automatically credited to your wallet as you stream. You can also earn through daily logins, referrals, and engagement.

Can I convert BST tokens to real money?

Yes! Withdraw BST tokens to your BlockStar wallet, then exchange them on cryptocurrency exchanges for fiat currency.

How much do artists earn per stream?

Artists earn significantly more than traditional platforms. Exact amounts vary based on engagement and platform revenue, but it's transparent and fair.

What file formats are supported?

BlockStar supports MP3, WAV, and FLAC audio formats. We recommend 320kbps MP3 or lossless formats for best quality.
